All services require a minimum 50% upfront payment. Full payment must be cleared before final handover or domain transfer. All prices quoted are in AED or USD, depending on the project scope.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of completed websites or content passes to the client after full payment is received. Ansel Web Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
5. Domain Sales & Leasing
All domain name sales are final and provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding future value, traffic, or search ranking. Leased domains must be used in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party service disruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Revisions & Project Scope
Unless otherwise stated, up to two rounds of revisions are included per project. Additional revisions or major scope changes will incur extra charges.
